One-on-One & Semi-Private Personal Training

At The Fit Hub, we believe that your fitness journey should be as unique as you are. That’s why our one-on-one personal training program is designed to provide you with expert support, personalized attention, and a customized plan that evolves with your progress.


Each 60-minute session includes a dynamic warm-up and a fully guided workout, tailored specifically to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle. We’ll help you train with purpose and confidence while ensuring proper form and technique—especially during squats and lunges, where we recommend wearing semi-flat shoes and socks for better stability and support.


You won’t be doing this alone. Your sessions will be delivered in a team setting led by our experienced coaches, Josh and Sharon, who are passionate about helping you feel stronger, move better, and stay consistent. 


But training is just one part of the equation. We also provide caloric and macro breakdowns to help you fuel your body and maximize your results. Need a more detailed plan? We offer customized meal plans at an additional cost for those wanting deeper guidance.

We’re here to hold you accountable, challenge you when needed, and celebrate your wins—big and small.
